Joshua Ford, a 31-year-old actor and filmmaker from Finchley, initiated a kindness project during a difficult time in his life. He handwrote 100 notes of encouragement and distributed them throughout London, inviting strangers to connect. The project yielded responses from approximately 30-35 individuals from various countries. Ford later transformed this heartfelt venture into a short film, emphasizing the positive personal and communal impact of small acts of kindness. Psychotherapist Eloise Skinner highlighted how such kindness can enhance well-being, connecting communities and uplifting strangers.
