Detectives have received numerous pieces of information following the documentary's broadcast, with a focus on the activities of Al Fayed but also implicating other individuals.
Met Commander Stephen Clayman emphasized the bravery of those coming forward and reassured victims that specially trained detectives are available to support and listen to them.
Despite previous allegations against Al Fayed that resulted in no further action, the investigation aims to determine if other individuals might face criminal charges.
