TfL has faced significant disruption due to a cyber attack that compromised sensitive customer information, resulting in the unavailability of Oyster photocards for affected users.
'What angers me, is that there has been almost radio silence around the topic and absolutely no alternatives have been offered to students,' said Stefanie Harman, a master's student.
Harman expressed frustration with TfL's lack of communication, stating, 'The lack of updates was unacceptable in my view; students are being priced out of essential public transport.'
