Emergency services rushed to Sunnyside Road, Ilford, after two boys, aged 11, were injured in an alleged hit-and-run crash involving a Toyota Estima.
Two men, aged 40 and 43, were arrested on suspicion of multiple driving offenses, while a 37-year-old woman was also arrested under similar charges.
