An 18-year-old man was taken to hospital after a stabbing in Finsbury Park. The incident occurred in Blackstock Road near Ambler Road at 2.30pm. Police reported that a man was found injured and remains in the hospital, with non-life threatening injuries two days later. Authorities have reached out for anyone with relevant information to call police on 101 or message @MetCC, quoting CAD 3274/14JAN.
A separate stabbing incident occurred in Ilford only hours later, around 5.46pm. In High Road, a 20-year-old man was treated at the scene before being taken to a hospital due to stab wounds. Fortunately, his injuries were also classified as non-life-threatening and life-changing. As with the earlier incident, no arrests have been made so far; police are requesting any information to be reported by calling 101 and quoting 5396/14JAN.
