Borough Market is launching the Evening of Seafood after two decades of Evening of Cheese events. This new event will showcase ocean produce with live demonstrations, trader talks, and exclusive dishes. Seafood traders like Furness Fish Markets and Richard Haward's Oysters will participate, along with restaurants such as Kolae and Applebee's. Attendees can enjoy artisanal tinned fish, traditional Scottish smoked fish, and drink pairings from local vendors. Tickets cost £7 and will be available through the Friends of Borough Market scheme starting April 23, 2026.
