Chocolatiers create world's largest Creme Egg - the same height as an emperor penguin
Briefly

Cadbury World in Bournville has unveiled what they claim to be the world's largest Cadbury Creme Egg, measuring three feet tall and weighing 45kg, approximately the weight of a newborn horse. The egg, made over two and a half days by chocolatiers Terry Collins and Dawn Jenks, features the traditional Creme Egg design with its signature purple, gold, and red foil wrapping. According to Jenks, the project was a challenge to create something memorable for Easter, and they are thrilled to have realized their vision successfully.
"We challenged ourselves to create something unique and memorable this Easter, and what's more iconic than a Creme Egg?" - Dawn Jenks, chocolatier discussing the giant Cadbury Creme Egg.
"Replicating the much-loved Cadbury Creme Egg on an extra-large scale was an ambitious project, and it has been so rewarding to see the vision brought to life." - Dawn Jenks reflecting on the creation process.
"The towering treat...replicates the classic Creme Egg design...holds a hefty 45kg of gooey fondant filling about the same weight as a newborn horse." - overview of the giant egg.
