Lathaniel Burrell, a 16-year-old boy, was shot and killed in Stockwell on March 4. Despite the immediate response from emergency services, he was pronounced dead shortly after the incident. Authorities arrested a 32-year-old man in Croydon on March 7 on suspicion of murder.
