Left-hander Dietrich Enns, 34, agreed to a one-year contract with the Baltimore Orioles for 2026 that includes a club option for 2027, overriding a previously held $3 million club option. Enns signed a minor league deal with the Tigers after pitching three seasons in Asia and earned a Detroit call after strong Triple-A performance. He struggled in 17 2/3 MLB innings for Detroit before being traded for cash to Baltimore. Enns posted a 3.14 ERA in 28 2/3 innings with the Orioles, showing strong swinging-strike and chase rates, is out of minor-league options, and likely makes the Opening Day roster.
