"Dog bit me. So I yelled, and the dog let go, but kept barking, backing up, then a little charge forward. Dog did this a couple times, and I had a canvas bag I was using as a shield and shouting "hey." Then I see the owner, and say from across the street, "your dog bit me." "Where?" I show, surprisingly my pants weren't torn through, but there was a deepish gash and a puncture, but no bleeding. It stung and hurt though."
""Oh, that's..." He didn't finish what he was going to say. I said if this gets worse, I'm coming to you. He goes, "my dogs fully vaccinated." I said that doesn't matter. I'm never gonna trust a little dog again. There was no apology, offer of any aid, let alone, "are you okay?" I saw the dude this early dark morning, and said fuck you, and other bad thoughts."
"But when I got in, a person with a baby cart, and dog snuck in. I was being really patient at first. But after the small talk exchange with employee, and between all her baby faces to her baby, looking at the line behind her forming, and the protest, they were not paying any attention to the keypad, the questions, and payment needed to complete transaction further delaying all of us. It took 7 minutes for one envelope. I had bad thoughts."
I was walking home and encountered loose dogs, one of which bit the back of my ankle, causing a deep gash and puncture that stung but did not bleed heavily. The dog released after I yelled, then barked and lunged a few times while I used a canvas bag as a shield. The owner appeared across the street and responded that his dog was fully vaccinated without offering help, apology, or concern. Later, at the post office, a slow customer with a baby and dog delayed the line, provoking further irritation. Persistent angry and intrusive thoughts resulted, and I seek ways to eliminate them.
