The creator economy, currently valued at over $250 billion with projections nearing half a trillion by 2027, is reshaping content consumption and entrepreneurship. However, many digital creators struggle with mental health challenges like burnout and anxiety, often without adequate support. To address this issue, CreatorCare has been launched, providing therapy tailored specifically for creators. Offering affordable sliding-scale access to licensed professionals, the initiative aims to create a sustainable support system as the industry grows, signaling a necessary shift in how creator well-being is prioritized.
Many face burnout, anxiety, and the relentless pressure to remain constantly 'on', often without adequate support systems in place.
Despite the creator economy's exponential growth, the infrastructure to support creators' well-being hasn't kept pace.
Recognizing this gap, I co-founded CreatorCare in collaboration with Creators 4 Mental Health, moving beyond advocacy to action.
We're starting in California, with plans to expand nationwide, aiming to build a sustainable support system for creators across the country.
