This article presents findings from a study focused on highly positive dreams, highlighting their infrequent occurrence relative to negatively toned dreams often linked to mental health. From 5,502 collected dream reports, only 3.4% were rated as highly positive, primarily encompassing themes of joy, lust, and serene interactions. It revealed that while negative dreams are well-documented due to their ties to mental health issues, positive dreams remain understudied. The research underscores the emotional basis of dreams and the critical neurological role of the amygdala, affecting how these dreams influence mental health and well-being.
