On March 14, 1 Hotel South Beach will unveil Aviv, a new dining venture by celebrated chef Michael Solomonov and restaurateur Steve Cook, known for their acclaimed Zahav in Philadelphia. Aviv's menu features a blend of Israeli cuisine with Miami's flair, offering unique dishes like haloumi baklava and Yemenite flatbread. The restaurant, designed with a midcentury modern aesthetic, boasts an open kitchen, indoor/outdoor seating, and a bar. Their Miami connection deepens with a history of previous locations and a successful pop-up during Art Basel in 2018.
