Top Workplaces selection methodology explained
Briefly

For the 11th year, the Top Workplaces award recognizes the best employers in South Florida based on employee feedback through an independent survey by Energage. The process involves a scientific survey to evaluate various workplace factors, with companies needing a minimum of 35 employees and stringent response rate requirements to qualify. This year, from 7,709 organizations approached, 126 achieved recognition, highlighting the commitment to employee satisfaction. Importantly, awards can't be bought—companies are recognized solely through positive feedback from their employees, underpinning the value placed on workplace culture.
"Top Workplaces awards are a celebration of good news," said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. "They exemplify the significance of a people-first workplace experience, reminding us that employees are the heart of any thriving organization."
Energage scores companies based on the responses. Organizations do not pay any fees to survey employees or to earn a Top Workplaces designation.
