Two Plymouth women, Johana Margarita Luis Quispe and Brenda Ampudia Tocto, were indicted for their involvement in a series of retail thefts across Massachusetts. They are charged with aggravated organized retail crime and larceny over $1,200 after allegedly stealing 34 bottles of fragrance worth $1,443.72 from an Ulta Beauty store. Surveillance footage captured them using a specially lined bag to avoid theft detectors. Quispe has pleaded not guilty to similar charges, while Tocto is in custody for unrelated charges in Michigan. Their arraignment date is yet to be announced.
