I look for three key traits: grit, wit, and fit. Grit is the ability to persevere, wit is creativity, and fit is alignment with my values.
When the downs come, you want to make sure that you're aligned with people, with your values. That's essential for any entrepreneurial journey.
For those in the idea phase, ask yourself what you care about, find that purpose, and stick by it. It gives you the fuel to be strong.
