35,000 still without power as restoration efforts continue after Storm Eowyn

Technicians from various European countries support local crews, with 1,300 additional staff managing damage assessments and customer inquiries due to an unprecedented volume of calls. Public safety remains a priority as the ESB warns of hazards related to fallen electricity infrastructure after the storm.

The ESB has mobilised all available resources to restore power, confirming that restoration work will progress next week for remaining customers impacted by outages.
