Taking a total of four years to complete, the refurbishment worked on preserving key historical detailing that symbolized grandeur and sophistication, such as the ground floor and facade, while also bringing the property into the 21st century. At its center lies the impressively elegant Palm Court, which features a large stained glass skylight that has been restored under the direction of architect Francis Metzger.
