A Springfield Gardens man, Noah Thompson, died following a multi-vehicle crash on the Belt Parkway. On July 5 at 6:05 a.m., he lost control of his white BMW 428i, resulting in a collision with the median divider, causing the car to fly into oncoming traffic. This led to a crash with a Honda CR-V and a Hyundai Tucson. Thompson and a 34-year-old female passenger, a mother of two young children, died, while others were injured and transported to hospitals for treatment.
