Fianna Fail and Fine Gael TDs say no concerns over Michael Lowry's involvement in government talks
Briefly

A recent poll indicates that almost two-thirds of the Irish public disagree with negotiations involving Tipperary TD Mr Lowry, following corruption allegations from the Moriarty Tribunal.
Mr Lowry, implicated in past corruption findings, denies any wrongdoing and expresses confidence in avoiding any liability, asserting at no point has he faced proposed charges.
Some TDs in both parties seem unconcerned about negotiating with Mr Lowry, stating it’s about pragmatism rather than individual character in the government formation process.
Within Fine Gael, the sentiment reportedly is one of indifference towards Mr Lowry’s role, noting that no single individual could dominate the negotiations despite his strong broker reputation.
