Authorities reported that a 39-year-old man from Half Moon Bay was arrested for attempted homicide after a 37-year-old man was found with severe injuries in El Granada.
Witnesses described the suspect running through traffic, which led deputies to quickly set up a perimeter and locate him, finding him with the weapon used in the attack.
