"The man, in his 30s, was arrested on Monday as part of the ongoing investigation into the murder of Lee Slattery. The 25-year-old's body was discovered in the Delmege House estate near Moyross, Limerick, in May, 2010. The man who has been charged is due to appear in front of the Limerick District Court this afternoon at 3pm.
