Man faces offensive weapons charges after incident outside Parliament

A 34-year-old man from March, Cambridgeshire, named Lewis Allington, has been charged with two counts of possession of an offensive weapon after an incident outside Parliament.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed that the area outside the Houses of Parliament was cordoned off and temporarily closed following the alarming reports of a man carrying knives.
