Luppolo, an Italian restaurant in Wanstead, is set for a two-week refurbishment starting January 20, including a refreshed seating area and a revamped bar.
General manager Vincenzo Cordella expressed excitement about the upcoming changes, stating that they will introduce a new cocktail menu along with updates to the drink and wine lists.
Despite the closure, Luppolo will continue to accept delivery orders via Deliveroo and Uber Eats from 5pm to 10pm during the two-week refurbishment.
Cordella promised a "big offer" for regular customers upon reopening, although specific details of the offer remain undisclosed.
