Co-founder of Nick & Sam's to open new steakhouse in Dallas
Briefly

Joe Palladino, the former NYPD officer and co-founder of notable Dallas restaurants, is launching two steakhouses named Palladino's in New York City and Dallas. The Dallas location will open in a former liquor store by late 2025 or early 2026, while the NYC branch will replace Michael Jordan's Steakhouse in Grand Central Terminal, set to open by July 2025. Palladino aims to create a family-friendly environment and potentially expand to Miami and Las Vegas depending on the success of the initial openings, focusing on a menu featuring steaks and seafood with Italian specials.
I want to be able to have space for graduations and weddings.
If we get the results we want, we'll look to Miami and Las Vegas.
The menu for Palladino's isn't available yet, but customers can expect steaks, seafood and a few Italian specials.
Palladino is no longer involved in Nick & Sam's, but he's taking some of that experience as he launches a new restaurant.
