NYC Thai Destination Expands With Brooklyn Restaurant Full of Seafood Towers and Marinated Raw Crab

Fish Cheeks, the acclaimed Thai seafood restaurant, is set to open its second location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on May 13. The new venue will feature a similar menu curated by executive chef Dustin Everett, highlighting dishes like Mama Tom Yum ramen, marinated raw blue crab, and an extravagant seafood tower. In addition to the food, the restaurant will offer new cocktails crafted by head bartender Nannawat Bunphet. The restaurant's founders are also collaborating with baker Melissa Weller to launch a vegan and gluten-free bakery, Bub's Bakery, later this year.
