Merchant Roots has relocated to a newly acquired, larger space to enhance its kitchen capabilities and improve the dining experience. With an intimate setting of only two seatings per night, the move aims to maintain its dramatic culinary themes while allowing more experimental menus with quicker transitions.
Chef Ryan Shelton emphasized the need for expansion: 'The new space allows us to truly experiment with our dishes without the constraints we've faced. The original location limited our capabilities, but now with a fully equipped kitchen, we can evolve our concept more dynamically.'
