Carlos had recently become a father, after he and his wife welcomed their son, Cairo, two months prior. Things were looking up for him.
It's something no one ever expected - no call like that, Jorge said, about receiving the news of his brother's death.
We're not sure if [the shooter was] the same person he had the altercation with. I'm not sure why he was there at 11 at night.
He just got a new car. He was working, he just got a new apartment and car. Things were really looking good for him.
