The 46-year-old straphanger was found unconscious seated on board a 5 train at the East 180th Street Station near Morris Park Avenue around 11:56 a.m.
Sources told The Post the woman went into cardiac arrest at the Simpson Street Station, leading first responders to head there, only to find the train had continued on with the critical passenger.
