The mansion, once owned by political couple James Carville and Mary Matalin, is now up for sale at $3.7 million after being purchased by the sellers for $3.3 million in 2021.
Carville, known as the "Ragin' Cajun," recently released a documentary entitled "Carville: Winning is Everything, Stupid" as he continues to influence Democratic politics.
Constructed in 1906, the 8,279 square foot residence features original architectural details, including 13-foot ceilings, pocket doors, and a hand-painted formal dining mural.
Set on coveted Palmer Avenue, the mansion includes a main suite with an oak tree view, a chef's kitchen with a butler's pantry, and various entertainment spaces.
