Lamar Jackson is expected to return from a right hamstring injury and start Thursday night's game at the Miami Dolphins. Jackson missed the past three games after injuring the hamstring on Sept. 28 in Kansas City and returned to practice last week as a limited participant. He was listed full in Friday practice before being reclassified as limited because he ran only the scout team. Jackson was a full participant in Monday's walkthrough and appeared to move well. Before the injury he led the NFL with a 130.5 passer rating, throwing 10 touchdowns and one interception, and Baltimore's record is substantially better with him starting.
