Jayquan Straker, 35, has been arrested in connection with the murder of sneaker reseller Javier Onsorio-Mejia, a.k.a. Upscale Cracc, who was shot and later died.
Osorio-Mejia, known for his sneaker reselling, was followed from a club in Queens before being robbed and shot in Manhattan's Soho neighborhood.
The incident occurred at about 5:15 a.m. in June when Osorio-Mejia was shot three times in the right leg and succumbed to his injuries at a hospital.
Straker now faces multiple serious charges including murder, robbery, and criminal possession of a weapon following the tragic incident.
