"QUEENS, NY - A 19-year-old man was shot to death on a Queens street Sunday night, police said. The incident happened near 64th Road and Grand Central Parkway in Forest Hills around 7:40 p.m. Officers found Jean Rios unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his chest, police said.
