SARVASVA Building / SPASM Design Architects
Briefly

Bombay's architectural landscape is challenged by rapid and random development, yet our design aims for authenticity, climatic sensitivity, and craftsmanship to improve urban living.
The family was inspired by a render on our website and envisioned a vertical home that harmonizes with the greenery of East Bombay, offering a refreshing contrast to the concrete.
The name 'Sarvasva', meaning 'my precious world', reflects the family's deep emotional connection to the design philosophy, which strives to connect life with nature.
We designed a building with terracotta panels as a second skin, including a jagged eye-like cut that resembles a sari-clad figure looking through a veil, emphasizing a blend of aesthetics and functionality.
