Rosenblum noted a positive outcome, stating, 'Wesley Bell, the prosecuting attorney, and his office looked at all the circumstances and after a fair and impartial review of the evidence, declined to prosecute.'
Nelly's past incidents at casinos have drawn attention, including a filmed argument at Mohegan Sun in 2020, highlighting his ongoing presence in gambling entertainment.
