He noted that the new London headquarters would offer an inviting space for in-office work but acknowledged that some employees perform best at home. Revolut aims to sustain its productivity through this hybrid approach, which supports its growth strategy.

"At Revolut, we're about being the best, and we expect everyone to bring their A-game. We're different from other companies. We are more about what you do than where you do it."

"Some people work better from home, and some work better in the office with their teammates. So long as hybrid working keeps us productive, we will not be making any changes to it."
