What are you most likely to get a ticket for in SF? Here's a breakdown
Briefly

San Francisco is grappling with confusion regarding new parking rules that prevent parking within 20 feet of crosswalks. Many drivers are unclear about the regulations, especially at intersections without red-painted curbs. To address this issue, the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) has decided to expedite the painting of curbs red, a process expected to take 18 months. Notably, the Mission and Russian Hill neighborhoods received the highest number of citations for daylighting violations, contributing to the city’s revenue from parking fines, which exceeded $51 million in a recent year.
