Michael Reginbogin, co-founder of Knead Hospitality, embarked on a life-changing experience with psychedelic mushrooms that inspired his latest restaurant concept, Sagrada. Located within Mi Vida, Sagrada’s eight-course menu aims to evoke the essence of Reginbogin's psychedelic journey, emphasizing storytelling rather than the hallucinogenic aspects. The dining experience features seasonal, Mexican-inspired dishes and caters to various dietary preferences. Reginbogin believes that for the first time, he has truly embraced living in the moment, and this philosophy guides the culinary narrative of Sagrada.
"For the very first time in my entire life, I felt what it feels like truly to be at complete serenity," he says.
"It's more about the storytelling," Reginbogin explains. "Every tasting menu that I know has some sort of a storyline or a narrative attached to it. This is no different."
