The opening of JOEY, a Canadian-based restaurant, marks a significant addition, occupying the former Bamboo Sushi location. JOEY, led by Top Chef Canada winner Matthew Stowe, will feature a vast menu blending culinary styles from various cultures. This two-level restaurant aims to create a stylish dining environment with around 400 seats. The timeline for JOEY's opening remains uncertain, but anticipation is building among local food enthusiasts.
The goal is to create a space where guests can enjoy innovative dishes in a welcoming and stylish setting, said Ryan Ritter, regional operations manager.
JOEY's will offer fire-torched sushi, premium steaks and burgers among other plates, enhancing the mall's burgeoning culinary landscape.
