Lectric e-Bikes co-founders Levi Conlow and Robbie Deziel have successfully acquired Juiced Bikes, following an auction to repay creditors. This acquisition aims to revive Juiced, a pioneering brand in e-bike development, while keeping it independent from Lectric. Despite previous financial challenges leading to its auction, Lectric plans to reconstruct the company, focusing on customer service and support for existing Juiced customers. The deal ensures the continuation of Juiced's legacy and brand identity, although it faces challenges with product inventory and customer fulfillment.
As Lectric takes this on, the standard we have for customer service will be the same for Juiced. Over the next 9-12 months, we'll build out the infrastructure to deliver exceptional customer support.
