"Dwight Merrick, 35, of Hanson Close, Beckenham, appeared at Willesden Magistrates' Court on Friday accused of murdering Mr Latimer-Kayser. He is also charged with possession of offensive weapons, namely a plank of wood and a knife, and the common assault of Mr Latimer-Kayser, relating to an incident earlier that day. Merrick was remanded to next appear at the Old Bailey on Tuesday."
Shaun Latimer-Kayser, 44, collapsed in Camden Gardens and was treated for knife wounds before dying in hospital.
