"A 19-year-old Pembroke man jumped onto the hood of a car in Duxbury on Wednesday and then was thrown from the moving vehicle, witnesses told police. Around 5:22 a.m., Duxbury police responded to a report of a man who may have been struck by a vehicle on Chandler Street. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered the 19-year-old, whose name has not been released, lying in the roadway with serious injuries."
"The man, whose condition is unknown at this time, was medflighted to a hospital for treatment, police say. Witnesses told police that the man went to his ex-girlfriend's residence on Chandler Street to confront her current boyfriend. He then jumped on the car during an ensuing altercation.
