One was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. The suspect was also in violation of a restraining order filed against him by the person he was arguing with. The suspect was arrested and was in violation of parole."
"Organized Retail Theft: Two suspects stole about $1,200 worth of tools from a store on East Hamilton Avenue and fled. Mail Theft, Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription, Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia: Someone on Union Avenue was contacted and found to be in possession of credit cards, drivers licenses, Social Security numbers and mail belonging to others. The suspect was in possession of drug paraphernalia and had outstanding warrants."

The suspect fled the scene and was located in a nearby parking lot, where they displayed objective signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication. The suspect was found to be driving under the influence. Battery on Police Officer, Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia: Someone on Winchester Boulevard was contacted and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance."

Individuals were found with stolen mail, credit cards, and identifying documents on Union and Adler avenues. A driver struck a city tree, fled, and was arrested for DUI, and a suspect resisted arrest and kicked an officer.
