On Monday Brozowski was arraigned before Supreme Court Justice Timothy Mazzei on the second-degree attempted murder charge, a Class B violent felony, as well as first-degree assault, a Class B violent felony; and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, Class D felonies,"
A Yonkers man stabbed a Babylon man in the neck during a verbal dispute at a mutual acquaintance's house on August 29. The victim, reportedly met earlier that day, was rushed to a hospital and underwent extensive emergency surgery to repair a severed trachea and esophagus. The suspect fled in a red 2018 Chevrolet Silverado, briefly evaded a traffic stop, then complied and was taken into custody. The suspect was indicted on second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault, and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and was ordered held on high bail while facing up to 25 years.
