Judas centers on three rival NPCs called the Big 3 who compete for player favor and attention. Player interactions with the Big 3 determine which character becomes the main antagonist and gain abilities to obstruct the player. The Big 3 can bribe, aid, insult, and reveal secrets to influence player choices, making trust decisions emotionally consequential. Key art includes the Big 3, killer robots, and 1980s iconography such as floppy disks, cassette tapes, and an Atari-style game stick. A closed playtest was recently held and the game will likely include over 100 speaking roles, with no finalized release date.

The Big 3 are all going to be competing for your favor and attention. They can bribe you, save you in battle, talk shit about the other characters, and share with you their darkest secrets. But eventually, you've got to decide who you trust and who you don't.
