Players can bring two weapons, utilizing a trusty mount called Seikret to carry the secondary weapon. Before a hunt, players must set their loadout at camp. During a hunt, calling the Seikret allows them to swap weapons but results in character mounting the Seikret, which should be timed carefully to avoid attacks. This new feature enables hunters to further optimize their equipment for various battle scenarios.
Before you head out on a hunt, you'll need to set your weapon loadout at any camp.
To change weapons in Monster Hunter Wilds mid-hunt, you'll need to call your Seikret over by pressing 'X' on PC or 'Right D-Pad' on Console.
