The Bagsværd Observation Home, a former summer villa for a royal dentist, has been extensively renovated to better serve children and families in need. Livsvaerk led the modernization project, aiming to enhance the home’s environment to support social pedagogical efforts for vulnerable groups. An extension, dubbed the Garden House, doubles the space of the historic villa while maintaining its charm. This new structure features communal areas, balconies with views, and direct garden access, creating a supportive atmosphere for residents and fostering community connections.
