The architects aim to completely transform a 1960s courthouse into a vibrant shelter for the elderly, incorporating 42 units alongside community spaces like clinics and gardens. The design prioritizes energy efficiency and sustainability, featuring local materials and modern technology discreetly integrated into the aesthetic. A significant aspect of the project is the elevation of Villa Nobel park to the building's roof, merging nature with architecture and enhancing community interaction. This initiative seeks to respect and enhance the existing urban landscape while providing essential services.
