Latitude 43, designed in 1932 by Georges-Henri Pingusson, is a grand hotel with modernist architectural features reflecting a nautical theme. The building includes circular porthole windows and deck-like structures. After its use as a military headquarters during World War II, it was converted into private residences and recognized as a listed building. Dimore Studio, with Emiliano Salci and Britt Moran, undertook the project to redesign two apartments within the building, incorporating notable twentieth-century designs while paying homage to the Modernist movement.
