Revelstoke Mountain Resort will open for the 2025-26 winter season this Saturday following a week of new snowfall and improving upper-mountain conditions. Resort staff have spent recent days preparing lifts, grooming designated routes, and assessing terrain, and the resort says it is ready to welcome skiers and riders for the first turns of the season. The recent storm delivered what the resort described as "a substantial refresh," but early-season hazards remain across the mountain.
So, how did a 40 percent shooter like Agbaji suddenly fall to an alarming 5.9 percent from three after 15 games in the 2025-26 season? The 25-year-old is just 1-for-17 from three and appears to be stuck in a frustrating slump that shows little sign of improvement. Agbaji is barely attempting any threes now, going from 4.0 attempts a game last year, to just 1.2 attempts.
I realise I'm getting old! Every week is a milestone. Every season we have been there and hopefully next season we will be there too. It's special for the players, managers and everyone. To challenge yourself with the best teams in Europe is incredible, a huge experience. For the club, in terms of repetition, prestige, financial issues, it's massively important.
After a shaky start to the season for most of the West, Mammoth Mountain is opening tomorrow, Thursday November 20, for the 2025-26 season. Today, the resort announced on social media its available terrain for skiing and riding. Lifts: "Huge thank you to our Snowmaking Team, Operations Team, and everyone else who worked hard to get us ready for Opening Day," the resort wrote on Instagram.
That said, for that hefty price tag, Nylander better be delivering in all facets of his game. BREAKING NEWS: He's not. Not that he's known for his defensive acumen, but there's no question Nylander can do a lot more without the puck. Even by his standards, he's looked lost far too frequently to start the 2025-26 campaign. Yes, the points have been there, but he hasn't controlled games the way he has in the past.
The curtain will rise on the 2025-26 season in Oklahoma City on Oct. 21, when the defending champion Thunder will celebrate their first championship as they host former Thunder star Kevin Durant and the Houston Rockets. And while much of the preseason is about rounding into shape and getting to the start of the season healthy, there are still things that can be gleaned from the early October action.
It is an irrefutable law of nature that for every achingly gorgeous football kit released around the world, an equal and opposite reaction is triggered in the form of a uniquely wild jersey design being produced to maintain the universal balance. With that in mind, having already rounded up a collection of the sharpest, most stylish shirts on offer this season, it's only right that we now turn the spotlight on some of the weirdest, quirkiest and honestly most downright hideous shirts to have dropped over the summer and into the early weeks of the 2025-26 campaign.
A new season, a new start. Feels like it comes around quicker every year, doesn't it? After an unusually busy summer of club football, it feels good to be back on the familiar firm ground of a regular European season - even if league organisers in Spain and Italy enjoyed playing abroad so much that they want to do it again.
